Thyagaraja was a legendary mystic, poet-composer and saint of south India. I could listen to either of the versions, when I tried to click the links.
Today, I discovered this version by Susheela Ramanand am totally besotted with the way she has interpreted Nagumomu in Jazz!

My favourite carnatic krithi is " Nagumomu Ganaleni " Ragam: I cant bear it. Vinesh, You are wonderful my friend But as I said, I don't feel the meaning of the lyrics when I hear Nagumomu I started enjoying this song after listening to that version. However, a lot of people I know are not too fond of his carnatic renditions 'cos his Telugu diction is not proper. Nagumomu Ganaleni carnatic music abheri raga tyagaraja south indian classical Bu versed in Hindustani and Carnatic music, Bhanumathi Ramakrishna was not only a wonderful ganwleni, but a multi-talented personality.
